Tracy Henderson was born and raised in Southeast Texas. After graduating from Lamar University, she attended South Texas College of Law in Houston. Shortly after earning her bar card, Tracy returned home to start her legal career as an associate attorney in one of Beaumont’s prominent personal injury law firms.
Tracy brings a unique perspective to her legal practice shaped by her own experiences. Tracy knew that she wanted to become a Personal Injury lawyer after an immediate family member was seriously injured in an industrial accident. Tracy and her family experienced first-hand the hardships, fear, anger, and confusion that comes with an injury and the legal process that follows. She distinctly recalls feeling let down by the representation her family member received, feeling as if her family’s recovery came second to the attorney’s. Tracy decided then and there that upon completion of law school she would return home to represent her neighbors and treat her clients with the respect, compassion, and open communication that she and her family expected but didn’t receive.
Today, Tracy takes a client-centered and compassionate approach with her clients. Being a natural-born problem solver who loves a challenge, she brings a creative, passionate, and powerful perspective to every client’s case. Since 2021, Tracy has been repeatedly selected by “The National Trial Lawyers, Top 40 under 40” in the State of Texas, a recognition of her talent, exceptional work ethic, and dedication to her clients.
Tracy enjoys bringing resolutions and justice to her clients. She excels in strategy development, complex problem solving, and communication with both clients and opposing parties. Utilizing a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the ability to read people, and prior experience, she consistently delivers favorable outcomes to her clients, whether it be at the negotiating table, in a mediation, or in the courtroom.
In 2023, Tracy founded Tracy L. Henderson Law, PLLC, as a way to take on pro bono civil litigation cases, such as wills and probate and complicated family law cases. When Tracy isn’t advocating for her clients, she is spending time with her family, traveling the world, and volunteering her time with local nonprofit organizations.

A. Ross Stiles was born and raised in Southeast Texas, growing up in Hamshire-Fannet and Beaumont. While his education and early career took him outside of the Golden Triangle, he always knew he would return. His family history runs deep in Jefferson County, and he is proud to be back home to advocate for those in his community.
Ross’s career has been focused on providing the highest quality representation to his clients. Starting off his career as a Criminal Defense Attorney, he was in Court every day fighting for his client’s rights. While practicing in Dallas, Collin, Kaufman, Ellis, Tarrant, and Rockwall Counties, Ross quickly developed a reputation with his fellow defense attorneys, prosecutors, and judges as an attorney who would relentlessly push prosecutors to see the flaws in their cases, leading to a high rate of dismissals or successful resolutions to his client’s cases. When it became necessary to defend his clients in front of a judge or jury, Ross was always ready.
Following his time as a Criminal Defense Attorney, Ross accepted a position with a business based out of Addison, Texas that provided him with experience in the insurance industry. Ross’s position required him to travel around the country recruiting attorneys to take civil and criminal cases for those involved in self-defense situations. A staunch supporter of the Second Amendment and the right to self-defense, Ross was highly successful in his role and believed that his career would continue on that path.
However, Ross chose to dedicate his career to those who have been injured after he suffered an injury in a crash. This firsthand experience gave Ross the perspective of what a client experiences during the frustrating, lengthy, and complex litigation process. Wanting to provide his clients with a level of attention and service that he felt was necessary, Ross started his own firm, A. Ross Stiles Law PLLC, in McKinney, Texas in 2022. With a focus on Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense, Ross utilized his previous experiences to provide outstanding representation to his clients in the DFW area and throughout Texas.
After years of building a successful solo practice, Ross decided to return home to the Golden Triangle and team up with Tracy Henderson to start Henderson Stiles Law. Together, they are dedicated to providing quality representation to their community.
When Ross isn’t fighting for his clients, he is spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, playing sports, or watching the Astros, Aggies, or Texans.
