Mission Statement
Henderson Stiles Law believes that those injured by another’s negligence deserve the utmost attention and care. We founded our firm in our hometown to bring dedicated representation to our neighbors and friends.
THe Firm
The founding partners of Henderson Stiles Law, Tracy Henderson and Ross Stiles, met on their first day at South Texas College of Law in Houston. Both products of the Golden Triangle, they often collaborated on projects and assignments throughout law school.
After earning their bar cards, Tracy returned to Beaumont to begin her career in Personal Injury Law, while Ross’s career took him to the DFW area to practice law as a Criminal Defense attorney. They continued to work collaboratively, often discussing litigation strategies or negotiation techniques that would help the other advance a particular case.
When Ross began practicing Personal Injury Law a few years later, Tracy started recruiting Ross and his family back home to Beaumont. She relayed her stories of representing those in the Beaumont area and how fulfilling it was to help those she grew up with after a life-altering injury.
Through interactions with clients, it became clear that the citizens of Southeast Texas are ready for something new. In conversations with their clients many confided in Tracy and Ross that they felt that they were not heard when discussing their injuries/case with their attorneys. Moreover, there is a huge lack of compassion, with too much focus on what the lawyer can gain monetarily rather than what the client can recover for their injuries.
Tracy and Ross believe that their client’s matter, and that they deserve respect and open communication. As a founding principle, Henderson Stiles Law will never take more than our client receives.
Deciding to combine forces, Henderson Stiles Law was founded. Utilizing their collaborative style, Tracy and Ross offer their clients a level of transparency and understanding that they cannot find at other firms. When they hire Henderson Stiles Law, clients receive a dedicated team of attorneys and staff that will work relentlessly to hold the negligent party responsible and help the client recover.
